How to Customize Your Backdrop
1. Contact us via email at cs@mocsicka.com or message us on our Facebook page: Mocsicka Backdrop. Let us know your requirements, including the size, or send us your images directly.
2. 24 hours. After confirming that we can create your design, please place your order using the corresponding custom order link.
3. Digital proof within 24-48 business hours (Monday to Saturday). We will not begin production until you approve the proof, so please check your email or your Facebook inbox (Mocsicka Backdrop) for the proof.
You can also upload your artwork directly. Please ensure your files are high resolution at 300dpi for the best printing quality.
Production & Shipping:
Printing and packaging take 2-3 working days.
Economic shipping(10-15 working days)
Expedited Express( 4-6 working days)
In total, you can expect to receive your backdrop within 5-15 days.

What material is the backdrop made of?
We have the following three materials, each with the following characteristics
Polyster:
1. Available in various sizes,
2. The patterns are computer-printed in high-definition, clear and realistic.
3. Durable and perfect for indoor and outdoor use.
4. Lightweight and can be easily hung on the stand with clips.
Vinyl :
1. Lightweight, easy to carry.
2. No reflection and glare.
3. Seamless with no stitching.
4. High resolution and high definition.
5. Easy to hang with pocket or gromments.
Cotton:
1. Wrinkle-free, seamless, foldable storage.
2. High-definition printing, realistic patterns and bright colors.
3. Heavier than vinyl, opaque, no glare.

5. Computer printing is directly pressed into the fabric itself, no fading and reusable.
How To Hang Up the backdrop?
(1) All our backdrops are available in a single, seamless piece. To make hanging your backdrop a breeze, we include a 8cm top pole pocket. This feature ensures convenient installation and hassle-free setup.
(2) Our backdrops are compatible with a variety of hanging methods. You can use a grommet, which fits perfectly on a ceiling command hook, or just use a piece of string to tie it securely.
(3) For wall mounting, you can use tape to stick the backdrop securely in place.
How to Clean the Backdrop?
1. For cotton material, is safe to wash. Not cleaning for a long time can lead to stubborn stains and even mildew on the backdrop. Never use strong bleach, this may damage them.
2. For vinyl material, be careful not to wash it . Stained areas can be treated with a slight sponge.
How to Get Wrinkles Out of Backdrops?
Due to facilitate transport and package, the backdrop will be folded to send, It will lead to the creases.
Recovery method as follows:
(1) Can use the iron, Gently ironing from the back, pressing the back.
(2) Can be washed and then hung vertically to dry.
How long does express delivery take?
We have two shipping methods:
1. Economic shipping takes 10-15 working days to be delivered and costs $8 USD.
2. Expedited Express takes 4-6 working days to be delivered and costs $24 USD.
