Returns & exchanges
If your item arrives with production defects or flaws, there is no need to return. We can arrange a replacement.
Please contact our customer service(email@example.com) in time and upload the detailed photo, thank you.
NOTE: If you want to cancel an order, please contact within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise the order that has been put into production cannot be cancelled, and the order that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled too. If you are not sure whether it can be received in time, please ask our customer service first.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders, because the personalized products are made-to-order based on the options you select. So, exchanges or returns will be unaccepted once your order goes into production.
If our background has a problem, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Due to the products are customized products, in addition to product breakage occurred during the shipping, the remaining cases are not returnable. Please carefully choose the style, color, and size.
